For overseas exhibitors, the following services will be provided on a chargeable basis:
R. E. Rogers India Pvt. Ltd. offers door-to-door logistics support, picking up cargo from the exhibitor's warehouse at the origin and delivering it directly to the booth. This includes customs clearance at both ends, ensuring the goods are ready for display. Services are supported by mechanical handling equipment, skilled labor, and experienced supervisors. After the exhibition, the process is reversed. Proper documentation is ensured to avoid delays, demurrage, or extra duties.

For Indian exhibitors, The company provides the following services on a chargeable basis, as per the exhibitor’s needs at the show venue:

• Off-loading upon the arrival of the goods at the show site
• Unpacking
• Storage of empties
• Repacking after the show
• Loading on exhibitor’s vehicle after the completion of show
